Pneumatic barrier working principle
气动挡车梁主要由气缸、挡车梁、气控箱等部分构成,气动挡车梁为常闭型挡车装置,当有矿 车通过时,操纵换向阀,使气缸活塞杆收缩,通过钢丝绳拉动挡车梁升起,矿车通过后操纵手 动换向阀,压缩空气经管路进入气缸的工作腔使活塞杆伸出,挡车梁在自重作用下回落至挡车 梁的关闭挡车位置。
The pneumatic blocking beam is mainly composed of a cylinder, a blocking beam, a gas control box and the like. The pneumatic blocking beam is a normally closed type blocking device. When a mining vehicle passes, the reversing valve is operated to contract the piston rod of the cylinder, and the lifting of the blocking beam by the wire rope is raised. After the mine car passes, the manual reversing valve is operated, and the compressed air enters the working chamber of the cylinder through the pipeline to extend the piston rod, and the retaining beam falls back to the closed position of the retaining beam under the action of its own weight.
1、当气动挡车梁安装在斜井上部时,挡车橡胶垫距上变坡点距离s=n×L+(n-1)×b+(3M~8M) (n为列车节数,L为一节列车长度,b为两节列车间长度)。
When the pneumatic stop beam is installed on the upper part of the inclined shaft, the distance between the rubber pad of the stop and the up-gradient point is s=n*L+(n-1)*b+(3M-8M) (n is the number of train nodes, L is the length of one train and B is the length between two trains).
2、当安装在斜巷下部时,挡车橡胶垫距下变坡点距离s=3M~8M。

3、当气动挡车梁安装在斜巷上部时,气动控制箱应安装在上车场的躲避硐中,反之,安装在下车场的躲避硐中。
When the pneumatic stop beam is installed on the upper part of the inclined lane, the pneumatic control box should be installed in the avoidance chamber of the upper garage, and vice versa, in the avoidance chamber of the lower garage.
4、当气缸固定座、定位板、滑车座及挡车梁座用锚杆固定在斜井顶板上时,其中心线应一致,与道轨平行,且在道轨中心线正上方。
When the cylinder fixed seat, positioning plate, pulley seat and block beam seat are fixed on the inclined shaft roof with bolts, the center line should be consistent, parallel to the track, and above the track center line.
5、调试:气缸、挡车梁及气控箱安装完毕后,依据气缸的伸缩长度和挡车梁的起吊高度,调整钢丝绳的松紧度。
Debugging: After the installation of cylinder, blocking beam and pneumatic control box, the tightness of wire rope is adjusted according to the expansion length of cylinder and the lifting height of blocking beam.
